Problems loading a Web (Renew DNS Cache)

When a web page has changed its IP address, it is likely that if you usually enter that page at some point, the browser will tell you that it cannot load it. This is because your system saves the old IP address of the web, and when you write the name of the page it is unable to resolve the name: It thinks that that web page still has the same IP, and when trying to load it, it sees that there there is nothing.

How do we solve this? Emptying the DNS record of our team, so the next time you try to enter the page it will look for the IP that corresponds to it and it will load correctly.

  • Open MS-DOS from All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt (or from Start -> Run -> "cmd")
  • Write the command «ipconfig / flushdns»And hit enter.

Please try to load the page again. If your problem was that the system did not resolve the DNS correctly, you will see how the page now loads without problems.
